The structure of the screw extruder consists of machine base, reducer, frequency convertor, gear box, material pressing box, extruding barrel and machine head (template).

The screw auto protection system can prevent the equipment from being damaged by abnormal operation or other material fed.
The extruder has self-cleaning material system, so that even too sticky material can be extruded from the machine.
The extruding barrel and the screw are of water cooling system and water cooling for external extruding bushing, which greatly reduces the possibility of pore plate blocked due to material heating and improves the production efficiency.
The variable frequency function can prevent the machine from being damaged by failures.Material is fed into the hopper, and then pressed onto the rotating screw by a couple of pressing devices in the pressing box (without manual punching).
After fed to machine head by the screw, material is extruded through the template.
The extruder screw thread is gradually reduced from the back to the front, so that the front end of template has the maximum extruding force, which can ensure the smooth extrusion of the material.
The machine is equipped with material breaking screw to prevent material stick onto the screw. When the extruder is running, the extruding barrel will become hot due to the friction, the closer to the template, the hotter the barrel is, and can even carbonize the material, and result in overload of converter.
To avoid the above phenomena, the extruding barrel is equipped with circulating water cooling system which has a good cooling efficiency.
